that's interesting, they aren't based on real people (right?), so what gives? is it because they require a (paid) DLC?
I personally don't understand why they didn't make Liz Katz available for custom stories. I bought the latest DLC hoping that at least these two girls would be available for custom stories, but they limited them too.
And as for custom story upgrades, Eek has made a pretty big limit there too, because the latest version of CSC is 1.3.3 (at least as far as I know) -> viewtopic.php?t=65&f=9.
So, unfortunately, I think that's reason enough not to buy Office Party... with all these limits that we can see here, it's to be expected that Office Party will be even more limited.

It is important that the game engine allows Babs & Gisella to be loaded into a custom story. It's easy to try: load any custom story and try "EnableNPC Gisella" in the console and then "warp Gisella masterbedroom". Do you know what happens? Nothing. With that said, you could in theory add new objects to CSC, including characters, so they appear in dropdowns. Although it is a bit tricky, and not the way how CSC was supposed to be used.

So, the problem is not which CSC you have, but whether the game engine allows loading a certain NPC in a custom story or not.
